J’adort: an eco-friendly aperitif in the Italian garden of Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte

On the occasion of a private party in the garden of Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte, our team gave free rein to their event producer creativity by creating custom settings as in the client’s requests.

The concept J'adort: a custom vegetable garden

In June 2019 Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte has turned into a real vegetable garden. The occasion, a private party attended by around 200 guests, involved the Italian Garden located at the back of the villa.

When the customer turned to our team he had in mind a very precise idea: to organize an eco-friendly party, respectful of the environment, elegant and full of charm, without giving up any comfort. Thus the J’adort concept was born.

Custom-made settings requested for the event

The Italian Garden is a splendid natural setting ideal for hosting events and wedding ceremonies. It was certainly the best location in which to organize an eco-friendly aperitif and it was immediately appreciated by our client. However, to make this space even more suitable for the organization of the requested event, we have built a real vegetable garden by placing it in the center of the garden, among the rose beds and ornamental lemons.

Producing an event is just that: creating custom-made settings to meet the customer’s wishes.

An eco-friendly event production by Corsini Events

As an event production agency, we, therefore, worked on both the event planning phase, coordinating all the suppliers who took part in it, and the actual production of the necessary settings. In Corsini Events, the design of every detail takes place internally, without anything being left to chance. The choice and selection of the most suitable materials is also a task for which we assume all responsibility.

In particular, for the J’adort project, we have taken care to choose eco-friendly materials, totally respecting the environment.

J’adort: plastic-free event in Villa Corsini

The vegetable garden we made was used during the party both as a decoration and as a buffet table for the aperitif. In fact, we thought of a very original way to set up the angle of the pinzimonio here. With a little creativity and imagination, the small glasses with carrots, celery, radishes and peppers seemed to sprout directly from the ground.

Faithful to the eco-friendly theme, very dear to our client, we have provided only glasses and plastic-free cutlery.
