Spring wedding in Florence

The date chosen by Lucrezia and André for their wedding in Florence fell in April, in the height of spring, when flowers and colors find space again in the city meadows and gardens. A choice that has awarded the couple: that day the weather was perfect for celebrating outdoors with relatives and friends.

Lucrezia and her bridesmaids took this opportunity to walk to the church, not far from her home in the center of Florence.

The walk to the church

The walk was one of the funniest moments for Lucrezia, who received greetings and congratulations from everyone on the street. It was impossible not to notice her elegance and the particular dress she wore, perfectly in accordance with her sparkling personality.

The bodice was decorated with many colorful flowers on a pastel green background, an almost imperceptible nuance, as if to represent a spring meadow.

Religious ceremony in the center of Florence

The ceremony was held in the early afternoon in the Church of San Michele and Gaetano. The emotion of the wedding couple and their guests was palpable, the ritual was very emotional: it moved and excited all the participants.

Afterwards, the newlyweds headed to the location of the reception, Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte, aboard a vintage spider. The beautiful day allowed them to travel with the hood down and enjoy the sun.

As soon as they arrived, Lucrezia and André joined their guests for a welcome cocktail in the elegant and charming Italian garden. Instead, the dinner took place in the sumptuous Gallery.

The fil rouge of the entire event, both for the ceremony and for the reception, were the magnificent compositions with cherry blossoms, also to recall spring, with a palette of pastel colors such as green, pink and yellow.
