A young couple of lovers from Sweden, but fascinated by the Italian lifestyle and landscapes. They chose to celebrate their wedding with a fantastic event in an eighteenth-century villa in northern Italy.
Wedding at Villa Subaglio
For this loving couple, our team moved to the splendid Villa Subaglio in Milan area. The location, immersed in the countryside, is a truly enchanting place to celebrate the wedding.
Being of Jewish religion, the bride and groom requested a traditional ceremony under the Chuppah and a kosher-style dinner for all their guests. We decided to set up the park and the beautiful Italian gardens of the villa to accommodate both the ceremony and the reception.
Traditional jewish ceremony outdoor
The mild climate at the end of May allowed us to organize the entire event outdoors. The religious ceremony took place in the park adjacent to the villa. Here we set up the traditional Chuppah, the baldachin under which the couple of the Jewish faith pronounce their promises of love.
We decorated this altar with white drapes and a blaze of colorful flowers that continued along the nave between the guests’ seats. All for a truly spectacular entrance of the bride.
Wedding dinner
After the ceremony, the married couple and the guests enjoyed an aperitif in the Italian garden and then moved to the marquee located in the courtyard of Villa Subaglio. The dinner took place here.
For the occasion, the court has been the subject of special attention in terms of lighting to create the right atmosphere of celebration, elegance and romance. The special light design project has been carefully tailored.
Cake cutting and party with the Dj
To end the evening, the cutting of the cake under the Chuppah was a magical moment framed by a fireworks show that left all the guests pleasantly surprised.
Afterwards, the party continued inside the villa, in its frescoed rooms, until late at night. The couple and their friends went wild on the DJ’s music accompanied by a saxophonist and a drummer.
The farewell dinner in Milan
The day after the wedding, the bride and groom thanked their guests for their presence with a dinner at the Osteria del Binari in Milan, enjoying the typical dishes of the Lombard tradition under a magnificent pergola.
Finally, to end the evening and greet each other in joy, the interior rooms of the restaurant have turned into a disco for one last dance.
