Giovanna’s 18th birthday was a unique occasion to have a party with all her family’s friends and relatives: 250 guests at Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte.

To celebrate her 18th birthday party, Giovanna has chosen to rely on our professionalism and welcome her friends and relatives at Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte. When we met her, her main request was immediately clear: to create a familiar and home atmosphere despite the fact that 250 guests were expected.

To fulfill the request, we relied on our experience in the creation of customized set ups. The result has amazed both the protagonist and her guests.

Typical Tuscan aperitif and menu

The guests were first greeted by Giovanna and her family in the wonderful Giardino all’Italiana di Meridione for a suggestive aperitif. Afterwards all the participants moved to the Gallery where the buffet dinner was set up.

The menu largely included recipes from the Tuscan tradition revisited in a modern key. The guests, coming from all over the world, were in fact eager to experience the typical local cuisine and also the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

Custom country-chic arrangements

For the occasion, we therefore created country-chic settings with bare tables, barrels and vintage boxes, embellished by spontaneous composition made with wildflowers. A corner of the garden has also been decorated with old farm wagons typically used in Tuscan farms, hay bales and other period furnishings. This area has been particularly appreciated for its originality and loyalty to the local tradition, becoming the frame of a funny photobooth.

The cutting of the cake took place instead in the Giardino delle Pizzughe among spectacular fireworks.

18th birthday party in the villa

After the cake, Giovanna and her friends wanted to go wild in a real dance party. To be able to fulfill this request too, we thought of a very special lighting design characterized by the two colors required for the party: white and blue. The villa has achieved a totally new aspect that has transformed it into a truly chic club.

The party with DJ set continued until late at night. A special party to celebrate the 18 birthday of this beautiful girl.
